Shipping, Return and Content Use Policies

HSEAD will be suspending all sales from our website at this time. 
We are in the process of moving all our collections to a new research center in Schenectady, NY. We should be able to fill requests again late June. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 



Pricing and Tax: Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to all applicable NYS sales tax.

Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated during check-out. The method of shipping is typically USPS (US Postal Service), but the Historical Society of Early American Decoration reserves the right to choose the method of shipment (UPS, Fed Ex or USPS). Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be impacted by weather, holidays and other factors. The Historical Society of Early American Decoration reserves the right to add additional shipping and handling charges to any invoice with or without additional notice to the customer for shipping situations outside the Historical Society of Early American Decoration’s control.

Return Policy: Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  Please include a note stating the reason for return along with the original receipt.  All shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable. If an item is damaged during shipment, please save all packing materials and contact us immediately at 607-547-5667. Please send returned merchandise and receipt to:
